1. Delivery Areas & Times
We offer delivery to the Newport and surrounding areas. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are subject to traffic, weather, and restaurant demand. Typical delivery windows are:
- Monday - Saturday: 12:00 - 21:30
- Sunday: 12:00 - 20:30
- Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (weekends, holidays, special events).
2. Collection Orders
For collection orders, your food will be prepared for the time slot selected at checkout. Please arrive at our restaurant (10 Corporation Road, Newport, NP19 0AR, GB) to collect your order. We will hold your order for 15 minutes after the scheduled collection time; after this period, the order will be considered complete and no refund will be issued.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order value, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to adjust delivery charges without prior notice.
4. Order Tracking & Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., delayed arrival, incorrect order, damaged items), please contact us immediately:
- Within 30 minutes of the scheduled delivery time for delivery orders
- Within 15 minutes of collection for collection orders
We will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Physical Products (Gift Cards)
For physical gift cards, we will process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times for UK post are typically 2-5 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by the postal service.
